Pokémon Gold & Silver.

Pokemon has taken over the planet Earth.

Pikachu is our ruler.

We are all slaves to Nintendo and Satoshi Tajiri.

We obey their every command.

We can only see the colours red, blue, yellow, silver, gold and crystal.

Everything has the Pokémon logo on it.

Japan is the best country.

All our money is spent on Pokémon cards....

So I had to do a review on Pokémon Gold & Silver!

If you've got the Pokémon red or blue or yellow version, then expect more of the same thing.  You start off in WAKABA TOWN, in your room.  Then you head for Prof. Elm's lab.  He will give you your first Pokémon.  Basically you then travel around catching Pokémon, training them and beating trainers.  You also must spend your money correctly, take quizzes, do puzzles and win badges.  You must, must explore everywhere to get everything and all the Pokémon.  You also must talk to EVERYONE you see.  However you now get gear!  Where you have a clock which even ticks when your Game Boy is off.  There's a map and radio to collect and that all important these days mobile phone (So you can give your self brain damage too)!  There are many new types of Pokémon to catch with all sorts of different attacks with the two new types: dark and steel.  And you're going to have to trade with owners of the other cartridge to complete your collection.  They both have different descriptions and pictures too!!  You can explore "Johto" and the old Pokémon world in these games and there are so many hidden places too.  Your probably spend more on batteries than the game itself.  These games are very similar to the others, so if you didn't like those, don't get these.  If you did though, expect more of the same thing with a bit extra, but with those annoying wild battles and being forced to go back to places you've all  ready been too.  How long will it take you to get past Sudowoodo (The dancing tree) without help from other people?
